Initiatives to create impact.
Education Initiative.
Communities affected the most by the war on drugs have been the most underrepresented individuals in the cannabis industry. With our education initiative our efforts of creating inclusion through education becomes a tangible tool for those that lack the resources. We will work closely with small businesses, organizations, and those that have been socially marginalized in communities to spread awareness of the plant and industry in its entirety.
With the prohibition placed on cannabis and the rise of mass incarcerations many in our communities have suffered from the traumatic reality of the system and the inaccess to the plant. By providing expungement clinics and workshops we give nonviolent marijuana offenders the opportunity to exit the stigma they receive.
Community Outreach initiative.
Policy Outreach Initiative.
We believe it takes grassroots organizing and efforts at the local level to create and implement change. We will work with local politicians and lawmakers to ensure social equity is at the center of conversations as legalization progresses in Missouri and beyond.
Exit-Now will work with students that complete the cannabis certification program to ensure they have access to industry opportunities. With the top companies selecting from Saint Louis University our mentorship and job placement initiative will provide the infrastructure for workforce opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with cannabis companies state-wide, we will build relationships allowing a transition from education to daily operations.
